Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you manage demanding customer environments and actively contribute to their technical development. The focus is on Microsoft infrastructures, cloud technologies, and network technology, as well as the implementation of individual IT projects.
The position is suitable for a solution-oriented personality who enjoys working independently, analysing technical challenges, and values direct communication with customers.
Responsibilities:
Design and implementation of modern customer infrastructures within IT projects
Operation, maintenance, and continuous optimisation of existing server, client, and network environments
Administration of Microsoft 365, Entra, and other Microsoft platforms
Handling more complex technical enquiries and supporting the helpdesk at 2nd level
Development and implementation of automations for standardised processes
Technical consulting of customers as well as documentation of systems and solutions
Qualifications:
IT education in system technology, platform development, or a comparable technical qualification with further training
Very good knowledge of Microsoft server and client technologies
Solid know-how in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra
Good knowledge of network technology and experience in structured problem analysis
Customer-oriented personality with an independent and analytical working style
Driving licence category B, good German skills as well as good English skills
