HYDRO Exploitation SA is an important service provider, particularly active in the operation and maintenance of power generation plants. We bring together all the necessary expertise under one roof, from maintenance personnel to engineering.

We operate and maintain a plant portfolio with more than 40 hydropower plants. Their installed capacity corresponds to approximately 22% of the hydropower capacity available in Switzerland (25% including the pumping stations). Together, the plants we operate generate about 16% of the hydropower electricity in Switzerland.

Thanks to our unique expertise, we offer our customers services with high added value, which satisfy their diverse needs as well as their high quality standards. Our range of services is aimed at electricity companies, public institutions, transport companies, and industry. We mainly operate in Switzerland but occasionally carry out assignments abroad.

Your mission :

• You manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting through application selection and conducting interviews to hiring.
• You independently handle various tasks in personnel administration.
• You prepare employment contracts, confirmations, references, and other HR documents.
• You are the contact person for employees and managers regarding administrative HR questions.
• You support onboarding and offboarding and contribute to smooth HR processes.
• You actively participate in various HR projects as well as in the continuous optimisation of our processes.
• Thanks to your language skills, you support and assist our employees in both French and German.

Your skills :

• Federal diploma as an HR specialist or equivalent qualification
• Native German or French speaker with very good knowledge of the other language
• Several years or solid professional experience in recruiting and personnel administration
• Confident use of common MS Office applications, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to reduce complex issues to the essentials
• Organisational talent and very good communication skills
• You are characterised by discretion and place great importance on the confidential handling of personnel data
• Independent working style as well as strong team spirit
