HR Controller (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for HR controlling and conducting HR-related analyses, forecasts, and reports
- Preparation and monitoring of budgets, cost, and personnel planning in coordination with the HR department
- Identification of optimisation potentials in HR processes and derivation of corresponding measures
- Development of key figures, scorecards, and reports to support management decisions in the HR area
- Close cooperation with the HR department and other specialist areas to achieve company goals
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in business administration, economics, or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in controlling, ideally with a focus on HR
- Sound knowledge in human resources as well as in controlling and reporting
- Analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and ability to work in a team
