Our partner, a leading company in the field of IT services, is looking for a dedicated Network and Firewall Specialist (m/f) to support the team in designing, implementing, and maintaining network and firewall solutions. In this exciting role, you will be part of a dynamic team and contribute significantly to the optimisation and security of our clients' IT infrastructures.
- Collaboration and execution in customer projects
- Analysis and resolution of issues in 2nd level support
- Advising and supporting customers in procurement projects and solution design
- Standardisation and automation of operational processes
- Creation and updating of documentation
- Customer support remotely and on-site
- Solid knowledge of network and firewall technologies (preferably Cisco and Fortigate)
- Independent, precise, and solution-oriented working style
- Team player with strong customer focus
- Driving licence category B and own vehicle for on-site assignments

Profile
- Completed ITC Federal VET Diploma, specialising in system technology/platform development- Solid knowledge of network and firewall technologies (preferably Cisco and Fortigate)

- Team player with strong customer focus
- Driving licence category B and own vehicle for on-site assignments
