For our specialised ward in Hepatology, Gastroenterology and Endocrinology (South E) we are looking for committed nursing trainers. In these areas, you will play a central role in the practical training of our apprentices and students and actively contribute to the further development of the ward as part of the shared governance team.

What to expect
- You plan, structure and accompany the practical training of apprentices and students and support them specifically in their learning process
- You develop, plan and evaluate practice-oriented learning units in close cooperation with the person responsible for education
- You conduct entry, location, competence and qualification interviews and document learning processes clearly and systematically
- You are the first point of contact for educational matters on the ward and create a motivating, learning-promoting environment
- You advise and support the nursing team in the guidance of apprentices and strengthen educational competence in everyday life
- You implement quality assurance measures and actively contribute to the further development of educational processes
- You engage in projects, working groups and in the learning and working community (LAG)
- You actively participate in patient care and are a professional as well as pedagogical role model in clinical everyday life
What distinguishes you?
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH
- Proven further education in the field of education (e.g. SVEB, CAS or equivalent)
- Extensive experience in guiding and supporting apprentices and students
- Good knowledge of the Swiss education system
- Confidence in conducting competence assessments
- High communication, team and organisational skills
- Structured, reliable and independent working style
- Enjoy taking responsibility and actively making education visible
