Consulting and supporting customers on site or remotely (office/home office)
Resolving client/server issues in the Windows environment as well as managing virtualisation systems (primarily Hyper-V)
Setting up, maintaining and continuously monitoring backup systems and VPN solutions
Taking over and long-term management of customer infrastructures according to company standards with proactive problem solving
Independently carrying out and successfully completing projects as well as close and customer-oriented communication
Qualifications:
Completed IT training, degree or comparable professional experience
Very good knowledge of Windows client/server, Hyper-V and M365
Experience in networks, NAS, VPN, backup and Exchange
Project management experience (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Prince2) is an advantage
German skills at a high level and good English skills
