Export Clerk 60% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 84,500Responsibilities:
Create export documents and ensure the complete processing of international delivery orders.
Organise and monitor transport orders for road, air, and sea freight.
Enter and continuously update order data in the ERP system.
Coordinate appropriate measures with the involved parties in case of delays or transport damages.
Monitor compliance with applicable customs and hazardous goods regulations.
Handle enquiries from customers, authorities, and logistics service providers.
Coordinate and document administrative processes in export business.
Record complaints and coordinate their handling with the responsible contacts.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally in an export or logistics-related environment.
Experience with international goods deliveries or customs formalities is an advantage.
Confident use of MS Office and preferably an ERP system.
Precise working method in recording and checking order information.
Analytical thinking and a good understanding of business processes.
Independent organisation of daily tasks and pragmatic problem-solving.
Clear communication and reliable teamwork.
Good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.
