As a Specialist Billing, you ensure that energy is billed reliably, correctly and transparently. You work at the interface between technology, data and customers - precisely, analytically and with a view to the digital further development of our processes. In this way, you make an important contribution to a functioning energy supply in the region.

What you can achieve

• You prepare the invoices for the sectors energy, water, wastewater, gas, telecoms and heating & cooling as well as one-off billings (SD)
• You competently and solution-orientedly handle enquiries from internal and external customers
• You analyse existing processes, identify optimisation potential and actively drive digitalisation forward
• You create evaluations from the billing database, make corrections and maintain the systems
• You participate in projects and contribute your specialist and data expertise purposefully.

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training in the commercial field, ideally complemented by experience in a technical environment, as well as industry experience
• Business management training is a plus
• SAP knowledge, strong affinity for numbers and very confident handling of data and billing systems
• Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills as well as quick comprehension
• Enjoyment in critically questioning processes and further developing them in a customer-oriented manner
• Experience or interest in interdisciplinary collaboration and project work
• Agile, entrepreneurial way of thinking and working as well as high resilience
• Team player mentality combined with precise, reliable working methods.
