You work in the Swisscom Shop – where customers come in with a question and leave with a solution. Mobile, internet, TV, devices from Apple and Android: you know the range and understand what suits whom.
A shop team is small. You see each other every day, cover for one another, and immediately notice if someone is having a bad day. If you prefer to work anonymously in an open-plan office, this is not the place for you.

Your Tasks
- You advise customers on mobile, internet, TV as well as Apple and Android devices
- You listen, identify the real need and suggest the appropriate solution – even if it is sometimes the cheaper one
- You present devices and services in a way that makes someone want to try them out
- You check deliveries and prepare repaired devices for collection
- You assist with inventories
- You contribute observations from daily life – from product presentation to processes that could be improved
Your Profile
- Experience in sales or customer consulting, ideally in retail
- Genuine interest in technology: you don’t have to be an expert, but you should want to know what a new device can do
- Good German in spoken and written form. Additional languages – French, Italian, English or others – are a clear advantage in a Bern shop
- You remain friendly, even during the fifth conversation on a Saturday afternoon
- A completed apprenticeship in retail EFZ with a focus on consulting is welcome but not a requirement. Career changers with sales experience are explicitly encouraged
