Tasks

• Independent handling of accounts payable and receivable
• Checking, coding and posting of incoming invoices
• Creation and posting of outgoing invoices
• Monitoring of open items and execution of dunning procedures
• Reconciliation of accounts
• General administrative support in the finance department

Requirements

• Commercial basic training, ideally with experience in accounting
• Professional experience in accounts payable and receivable
• Independent, precise and reliable working style
• ABACUS knowledge is a must
• Quick comprehension and enthusiasm for a temporary support role
