How do you professionally protect high-quality surfaces during construction phases? Our Rocken partner develops and produces innovative protective solutions for temporary surface protection. You record customer orders and accompany them until on-time delivery.
You clarify orders, delivery dates and open points directly with the responsible departments.
You support customers from domestic and foreign markets by phone and in writing.
You coordinate order processing with sales, purchasing, production and logistics.
You provide the necessary information for smooth processing of orders.
You handle customer enquiries and conduct corresponding clarifications within the company.
You maintain order and customer data in the ERP system and keep it up to date.
You support the team with administrative tasks in internal sales and international business.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial or craft apprenticeship with appropriate further training.
Further training in sales or foreign trade is an advantage.
You bring several years of professional experience in internal sales or order processing.
You can use French skills in customer contact if needed.
You work confidently with MS Office and are familiar with common ERP systems.
Knowledge of ProAlpha will facilitate your familiarisation with existing processes.
You work in an organised, solution-oriented manner and keep an overview even with several orders.
You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills for international customer contact.
