Role:
Responsibilities:
You coordinate technical enquiries and apply your analytical skills in second-level support.
You evaluate new IT solutions within the framework of concept studies and drive their implementation forward.
You oversee the installation and adaptation of new IT components and services.
You provide advisory support to first-level support and take responsibility for the virtual server infrastructure.
Qualifications:
Your completed IT apprenticeship EFZ forms the foundation; additional certifications such as MCSE are welcome.
You have professional experience in international IT structures and are open to on-call duty.
Your strengths lie in the Windows environment (Server, Exchange, SQL), complemented by knowledge in storage.
Experience with Linux systems, cloud technologies, and VMware is a clear advantage.
You also bring business fluent German and good English skills.
