The Industrial Services of Lausanne (SIL) are actively committed to the energy transition and sustainable development. They play a central role in the City of Lausanne's Climate Plan. Their service areas extend beyond municipal boundaries. They involve rich, sometimes complex relationships with numerous municipalities and several downstream network managers. These municipalities and energy suppliers are our business partners.
Within this framework, we are looking for a Head of Institutional Partnerships, directly reporting to the Secretary General, to ensure liaison between this very specific clientele and internal specialists. In this role, you will maintain regular contact with political bodies and administrative managers to verify, maintain, and potentially expand services. You will also work closely with LaZur Energie, SIL's subsidiary, to ensure the transition of SIL's gas service area towards renewable thermal solutions.

Main Mission(s)
Implement and formalise the institutional partnership strategy
Identify partners’ needs and expectations regarding services to adjust the offer proposed by SIL and ensure its profitability
Develop and manage partnership relations with municipal administrations, suppliers, and energy distributors
Actively maintain the internal network of relationships to ensure follow-up of provided services and facilitate problem resolution
Report on activities and propose developments to a Committee composed of the director and department heads
Coordinate the operational implementation of new partnerships and guarantee their success
Represent SIL within various bodies
Profile
Master’s degree in political science, public administration, electrical engineering, industrial technologies, or an equivalent qualification
Additional training in project management is an asset
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in B2B client relations and in a technical or industrial environment
Initiative, interpersonal skills, and negotiation sense
Ability to develop a global and strategic vision
Autonomy, excellent sense of priorities, and perseverance
Unifying spirit, sense of cooperation between entities
Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, CRM tools is desirable
