IT System Technician - Zug (m/f/d)

You work on IT infrastructure projects and solve technical problems in the software and hardware areas, especially in the Microsoft environment
You support customers by phone and on site and take care of the maintenance of their IT systems
You manage customer systems as part of outsourcing assignments
Qualifications:
You have completed a training as an IT specialist in support or system technology
You have solid knowledge of PC, notebook, tablet, smartphone, and server hardware as well as in the Microsoft environment
You have experience with Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune
You have very good German and good English skills
