For a major partner in the Canton of Fribourg, active in the execution of technical and demanding construction projects, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager wishing to take full responsibility for projects, from their preparation to their final completion.

Your responsibilities:
- Take full charge of the management of the projects entrusted to you, from their launch to their final completion
- Plan, organise and coordinate the different phases of the projects
- Ensure compliance with costs, deadlines and quality standards
- Simultaneously manage several projects and ensure regular monitoring of their progress
- Coordinate the various internal and external contacts: clients, engineers, architects, technical office, production, suppliers and partners
- Analyse technical documents and identify any discrepancies or necessary adaptations
- Ensure the financial monitoring of projects, including costs, additional services and extra work
- Organise and lead project launch and follow-up meetings
- Coordinate the stages related to planning, production, delivery and assembly
- Carry out site visits and ensure proper execution of the work
- Organise and document the various work acceptances
- Guarantee smooth communication between all stakeholders
- Provide regular reporting to your manager
- Actively participate in process improvement and the development of modern and digitalised working methods
- Completed professional training in construction, technical drawing, site management or equivalent training
- Additional training in project management is a real advantage
- Several years of experience in project management in the construction sector
- Experience in simultaneously managing projects of different sizes and complexities
- Very good technical understanding and excellent plan reading skills
- Knowledge of 3D design and CAD tools appreciated
- Experience with Tekla Structures, BIM or 3D planning tools is a significant advantage
- Good command of common IT tools, especially Microsoft Office
- Strong sense of responsibility and priorities
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills
- Communicative, autonomous and solution-oriented personality
- Ability to defend the interests of a project while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and partners
- Analytical, pragmatic and commercial mindset
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage unforeseen events effectively
- Strong focus on quality, costs and deadlines
