Salary - CHF78,000 - 89,700Our client is an established Swiss company in the industrial sector. The focus is on high-quality products, reliable business processes and long-term cooperation with customers and business partners.
Role:
As a Clerk Sales Internal Service & Export, you will look after business customers at home and abroad and ensure reliable handling of commercial and logistical processes.
Responsibilities:
You independently handle customer orders and ensure reliable processing.
You take care of commercial documents from quotation to invoicing.
You support international delivery processing and handle the associated shipping and customs formalities.
You maintain regular communication with customers and internal departments.
You handle administrative tasks in foreign trade and keep the relevant system data up to date.
You support cross-departmental projects and represent your team colleagues when necessary.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education in the industrial sector as well as experience in order processing.
You are familiar with ERP systems and common office applications.
You work independently, are resilient and team-oriented, and convince with assertiveness and a professional appearance.
You speak German at a native level and fluent English; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
