Your area of responsibility
- You independently organise and coordinate the back office in general and specialist administration and work closely with the co-management of the Ethics Forum - especially in planning and conducting meetings, conferences, congresses and educational events
- You professionally manage and maintain documents in SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and the intranet and ensure a structured and transparent filing system
- You take minutes at meetings and events and ensure structured and comprehensible documentation
- You ensure clear, reliable and target group-appropriate communication between all parties involved and thus promote efficient collaboration
Your experience
- You have training in the administrative field - ideally in healthcare - and professionally apply your know-how in a demanding environment
- You have experience in minute-taking as well as in organising and coordinating meetings and work in a structured and reliable manner
- You are characterised by a pronounced organisational talent and always keep appointments, tasks and processes under control with confidence
- You have sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 and confidently use digital tools in your daily work
