Foreign Trade Specialist 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF84,500 - 91,000Responsibilities:
Processing and assessment of customs and VAT issues in daily business
Verification of goods origin and preferential entitlements for international shipments
Clarification of requirements in the area of dual-use and export control
Professional support for sales, purchasing, production planning and control, and production
Coordination of customs-relevant topics with internal and external contacts
Analysis of existing processes in import and export business
Participation in cross-departmental projects in national and international environments
Development and implementation of process improvements in foreign trade
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training in commercial or logistics environment
Further training as a foreign trade specialist with a federal diploma
Several years of practical experience in import, export or customs processing
Good knowledge of Swiss customs and VAT law
Experience with goods origin, preferential law and dual-use regulations
Confident handling of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
Structured and independent working style with strong process understanding
Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
