For an established company with a sophisticated IT infrastructure, an experienced individual is sought who is responsible for the stable and secure operation of modern Windows systems. You will work with both client and server systems and operate within a heterogeneous IT environment.
In addition to operational management, you will have the opportunity to contribute to IT projects, further develop security measures and optimise existing processes. A varied role with high responsibility and direct influence on the quality of IT services.
Responsibilities:
Operation, monitoring and continuous development of Windows client and server systems
Installation, configuration, maintenance and lifecycle management of the Windows infrastructure
Analysis and resolution of technical faults in 2nd-level support
Implementation and further development of measures to increase system stability and IT security
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation as well as operational and support processes
Participation in infrastructure projects and taking on IT on-call duties
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ with a focus on system technology or a comparable HF/FH qualification
At least three years of professional experience in system engineering or a comparable role
Solid practical knowledge of Windows Server as well as experience with complex and heterogeneous IT environments
Good experience in installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of server and client systems
Quality-conscious, structured and independent working style as well as strong team skills
Very good German and English skills; French skills are an advantage
