What is my role?

As a sales back office clerk, you are the first point of contact for our customers and actively support our sales team with all administrative tasks. In this versatile position, you take over the complete order processing from A to Z and ensure that our customers are always well cared for.

What do I need to be successful?

• A completed commercial apprenticeship

• Several years of professional experience in sales back office

• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel

• Excellent German and good French skills

• An independent, structured and precise way of working

• Enjoyment of customer contact and strong service orientation
