Role:
You are responsible for the professional, timely and cost-appropriate implementation of medium to large electrical installation projects and act as the central contact person for customers. You lead your team and ensure smooth coordination of all project participants.
Responsibilities:
Planning, support and implementation of projects in the high and low voltage areas from conception to acceptance
Development of customer-specific solutions and preparation of offers
Leading project teams, resource planning and coordination of all project services
Ensuring deadlines, costs and quality in all projects
Expanding the customer base to generate follow-up and additional orders
Qualifications:
Completed basic training as an electrical installer EFZ
Several years of professional experience in electrical installation; ideally with further training as a federally certified electrical installer or electrical project manager with federal certificate
Experience in team leadership and employee motivation
Open, honest and confident communication in German, both spoken and written
Driving licence category B for site visits
