Role:
Do you want to design modern IT workplaces, further develop complex system landscapes, and ensure reliable IT operations with your know-how? In this role, you take on a central technical function around workplace infrastructure, develop existing solutions further, and ensure that employees can work efficiently and securely. You can expect demanding technical tasks, independent work, and the opportunity to actively contribute your experience to shaping modern IT environments.
Responsibilities:
Further develop workplace solutions: You design, implement, and optimise modern workplace environments and ensure their stability, security, and user-friendliness.
Operate systems professionally: You are responsible for the administration and further development of Windows client environments, software distribution, device configurations, and relevant system services.
Drive automation: You automate recurring tasks with suitable scripting and management tools and develop standardised processes for efficient IT operations.
Resolve disruptions sustainably: You analyse complex technical problems, coordinate their resolution, and support the helpdesk with demanding escalations.
Implement technical projects: You accompany workplace migrations, system updates, and the introduction of new technologies and work closely with other IT departments.
Qualifications:
You have completed IT training or a comparable qualification and bring several years of experience in system engineering with a focus on workplace.
You are very familiar with Windows client environments, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and modern endpoint management concepts.
You have experience with software distribution, policy management, device security, and analysing complex client issues.
You work confidently with PowerShell or comparable automation tools and implement technical requirements in a structured and sustainable manner.
You think analytically, act independently, and communicate confidently with technical and non-technical contacts. Very good German skills as well as good English skills complete your profile.
