Role:
Design digital processes efficiently, sustainably develop companies, and successfully establish modern business solutions – this position is aimed at individuals who want to combine innovation with consulting expertise and actively drive demanding digitalisation projects forward.
Responsibilities:
Analyse and optimise business processes with a focus on digital transformation
Develop and implement modern enterprise content and document management solutions
Lead demanding digitalisation projects from conception to go-live
Advise customers on the introduction of innovative workflow, automation, and cloud technologies
Configure, optimise, and continuously develop existing platforms
Conduct workshops, user training, and professional consulting
Work closely with software engineering, solution architecture, and consulting teams
Evaluate new technologies such as AI-supported document processing, workflow automation, and low-code platforms
Qualifications:
Experience in designing and implementing digital business solutions
Understanding of business operations and corporate processes
Practical experience with ERP, ECM, or enterprise platforms
Analytical thinking as well as structured and solution-oriented working methods
Enjoyment of customer consulting and project responsibility
Interest in modern technologies related to cloud, process automation, and digital workflows
