System Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Support of customer environments on site as well as managed services in the data centre
Independent planning and implementation of projects from quotation to acceptance
Creation and maintenance of user manuals, system documentation and knowledge databases
Active participation in support as well as assistance in the operation and maintenance of internal data centres
Qualifications:
Completed IT training, ideally supplemented by ongoing or completed further training, as well as very good knowledge of the Microsoft server and client environment (Windows Server, Windows 10, AD, GPOs)
Good knowledge of client hardware, backup and virtualisation as well as experience with HP/HPE, Fujitsu, Veeam, Hyper-V and network technologies such as Sophos, Aruba and UniFi
Practical experience with Azure, Microsoft 365 and Enterprise Mobility + Security as well as ideally with Citrix or Microsoft RDS
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
