About the job
At WAB, we are looking for a versatile, organised and proactive person to become a true administrative reference point for the company.
Your area of activity
Your role will not be limited to managing a secretariat. You will work directly with Management, project managers, accounting and our various contacts, with a simple objective: to ensure smooth, reliable and efficient administration.
You will be responsible for general administration and reception, while providing concrete support to Management and project managers: correspondence, documents, presentations, minutes, internal organisation and events.
You will also play a central role in the administrative follow-up of our projects: opening and managing projects in Abacus and Power Apps, preparing and monitoring invoicing, deposits, receipts, debtors and reminders in collaboration with accounting.
On the supplier side, you will ensure the entry and control of invoices and will not hesitate to investigate when information is missing or inconsistencies appear.
And because a company must also be visible, you will help to bring WAB's image to life externally through our social networks.
Your assets
You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee and have several years of experience in a versatile administrative role.
You are comfortable with numbers as well as with people, know how to organise your priorities and enjoy working autonomously.
Above all, we are looking for someone who likes to take charge, anticipate, find solutions and naturally switch from one subject to another without losing track.
Knowledge of Abacus is a real advantage.
