From business case to technical solution
Good software starts with the right questions. You dive deep into your customers’ business processes, recognise connections, and translate complex requirements into solutions that development teams can actually work with. In doing so, you combine analytical thinking with technical understanding and move confidently between business, architecture, and software development.
Responsibilities:
Business & Requirements
You develop a deep understanding of your customers’ business processes and requirements and conduct workshops and discussions on an equal footing.
You ask the right questions, challenge requirements, and get to the heart of complex issues.
You formulate precise user stories and ensure that professional and technical requirements are clearly comprehensible for development.
Solution Design & Architecture
You are responsible for the quality of the delivered solutions and represent these to customers and other stakeholders.
You contribute to the overall technical solution and further develop solution designs and architectures.
You design the integration of various systems and define APIs, data flows, and interfaces.
You analyse technical risks early and develop appropriate countermeasures.
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience in IT business analysis or requirements engineering within software development projects.
You have the ability to comprehensively understand complex technical contexts and develop pragmatic, scalable solutions.
You have a solid understanding of software development, agile methods, development processes, and modern architectures.
You can create and extend relational data models and are familiar with UML class diagrams or ERD, for example.
Ideally, you have a completed computer science degree or a comparable qualification.
It is advantageous if you have completed further training in requirements engineering.
You are characterised by a high standard of quality, a sense of responsibility, and confident communication with different stakeholders.
You have very good German skills and good English skills in spoken and written form.
