Production Process Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,800 - 91,000Our client is an internationally active Swiss technology company with its own development and production. The company develops and manufactures sophisticated electronic solutions for various industries and stands for quality, innovation, and technical expertise.
Role:
As a Production Process Specialist, you accompany new products from the prototype phase to series production and optimise existing manufacturing processes. You ensure efficient and stable production workflows, support quality and improvement measures, and act as a technical interface to internal and external partners.
Responsibilities:
Accompany new products from the development phase to series production
Collaborate in optimising manufacturing, production, and work processes
Support the design of workplaces, equipment, and production workflows
Maintain and update production-relevant master and process data
Participate in process analyses, quality measures, and continuous improvements
Support the introduction and documentation of new processes and production equipment
Technical interface function between internal departments as well as external partners, customers, and suppliers
Qualifications:
Completed technical basic training with further education in processes, production, or technology
Several years of professional experience in an industrial production environment
Experience in optimising and further developing production and manufacturing processes
Good knowledge of ERP systems and common digital tools
Experience with continuous improvement methods is an advantage
Technical understanding as well as analytical and solution-oriented thinking
Independent, structured, and quality-conscious working style
Good to very good English skills, spoken and written
