Microsoft System Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF87,500 - 105,000Rocken® specialises in recruiting talents and experts from IT platform development. We collaborate with the most exciting Swiss service providers, but also successfully cover all in-house positions. Concurrently, we provide a network of established companies digitally and transparently through our closed Rocken® Talent Platform.

Responsibilities:
You are responsible for providing customer support at 1st & 2nd level.
You independently receive support tickets, analyse them and find solutions.
Proactivity is required as you monitor customer systems.
In a dynamic work environment, exciting challenges await you where you can develop professionally.
Qualifications:
With the successful completion of your apprenticeship in IT systems engineering EFZ, you have laid a solid foundation and bring valuable expertise.
You were previously employed at an IT service company.
You have extensive experience in Microsoft client/server and have engaged intensively with MS365 and Azure cloud solutions.
Your motivation to quickly develop into a system engineer is high.
Furthermore, you master the German language at an excellent level and have solid English skills.
