Employee International Order Processing & Export (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 85,800Our client is an established Swiss industrial company with a national and international focus. The company develops and produces technical solutions, combining design, industrial implementation, and manufacturing under one roof. Role:
In this role, you will take on a central position in order processing and support customers from order to invoicing. At the same time, you will be involved in international shipping and export processing and work closely with sales, internal departments, and other interfaces.

Responsibilities:
Independent processing of customer orders up to invoicing
Preparation of export and customs documents as well as coordination of import and export processes
Customer support and coordination with internal departments
Support of the sales team as well as administrative marketing tasks
Maintenance and updating of relevant data in the ERP system
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in internal sales and export processing
Good knowledge of order processing, invoicing, and handling export documents
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems
Independent, structured, and reliable working style
Strong customer and service orientation
Communicative, team-oriented, and solution-focused personality
