Role:
In this role, you are responsible for the stable, secure, and modern operation of workplace infrastructures in the healthcare environment. You analyse existing systems, plan further developments, and implement innovative solutions in the area of modern workplace. You work closely with various departments and ensure that ICT services are provided and used smoothly. Your expertise significantly contributes to designing digital workplaces efficiently and user-oriented. You bring solid experience in handling Microsoft technologies and modern workplace concepts.
Responsibilities:
- You ensure the stable, secure, and reliable operation of modern IT workplace systems and contribute your expertise to their further development
- In this role, you take on 2nd and 3rd level support for end users on stationary, mobile, and virtual devices
- You install and configure customer workplaces using Intune and SCCM
- You package applications and ensure their efficient distribution on user devices
- As an IT system expert, you actively support projects in the area of lifecycle management
- You apply your technical know-how to implement innovative and high-performance workplace solutions
Qualifications:
- Completed training in computer science as well as several years of professional experience in the IT environment
- You have comprehensive know-how in Microsoft Windows (server and client), M365, and directory services
- You use Intune confidently, ideally complemented by experience with SCCM
- Your working style is structured, precise, and characterised by a high sense of responsibility
- You are able to document technical processes precisely and in accordance with procedures
- You convince with your communication skills in German; knowledge of French is a plus
