We are looking for a passionate and motivated Cook to join our kitchen team.

You will participate in the preparation and creation of various dishes, ensuring adherence to recipes, quality standards, and food hygiene and safety regulations. You will also contribute to the smooth running of the kitchen and the satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities

As a Cook, your main duties will be:

• Preparing the daily dishes;

• Participating in menu development in collaboration with the Chef;
• Ensuring strict compliance with hygiene and food safety standards;
• Managing a service independently, for a capacity of 2 × 16 covers;
• Ensuring preparation and dispatch during banquet services;
• Guaranteeing the quality, presentation and consistency of the dishes served.

Your profile

• Diploma in catering or hospitality (CFC, CAP, BEP, Bac Pro, BTS or equivalent);
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar position;
• Mastery of current cooking techniques;
• Ability to work independently and manage a service;
• Good adaptability and responsiveness;
• Experience in pastry is an advantage;
• Fluent French;
• Flexibility and availability: evening, weekend and public holiday work;
• Good knowledge of and compliance with HACCP standards.

Conditions of employment:

A clean criminal record and a clear debt enforcement office extract/Bank of France certificate (for cross-border workers).

Start date: end of October - beginning of November 2026
