Votre mission :

For our client in the Biel/Bienne region, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support logistics and warehouse operations in a dynamic environment.

Receiving Activities
-Coordinate the timely and compliant receipt of incoming shipments.
-Verify received goods against purchase orders, packing lists, and shipping documentation.
-Ensure visual inspections of finished goods are performed and report any damages or discrepancies.
-Organize and label storage locations according to company standards.
-Collaborate closely with Procurement and Warehouse teams to ensure efficient receiving processes.

Warehouse & Material Handling Activities
-Support outbound operations in accordance with company procedures and policies.
-Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
-Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
-Support general warehouse activities and contribute to operational efficiency.

Votre profil :

Your Profile
-Experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or a related field.
-Good organizational and coordination skills.
-Ability to work accurately and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
-Experience with inventory management and warehouse processes is an advantage.
-Good computer skills and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems are beneficial.
-Team-oriented, reliable, and committed to continuous improvement.
-Good command of English; additional languages are an asset.
