We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Process Manager to join our client's team on a 6-month contract. Based in Geneva, this role will oversee and optimize payroll operations across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, hands-on expertise, and a passion for process improvement.

Missions
- Lead the end-to-end review of payroll processes across multiple countries in EMEA and APAC.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and compliance risks in current workflows.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to gather insights and ensure alignment.
- Design and implement a standardized, future-proof payroll process tailored to regional requirements.
- Develop clear documentation, process maps, and training materials.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Provide guidance and support during payroll cycles as needed during the transition period.
- Report progress and key findings to senior leadership with actionable recommendations.
Profil du candidat
- Proven experience managing multi-country payroll operations, ideally across EMEA and APAC.
- Strong understanding of international payroll compliance, tax, and labor regulations.
- Experience with payroll systems and third-party providers (e.g., ADP, SAP, Workday).
- Excellent project management and process improvement skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
