Role:
Are you looking for a new challenge with international customer contact? As a Clerk Export & Internal Sales 80-100%, you will take on an important role in worldwide customer business. You will accompany business relationships, coordinate commercial processes and, together with the internal specialist departments, ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
You are the central contact person for international business partners and take care of their concerns, mainly in English.
You accompany customer orders through the entire commercial process, including invoicing and payment processing.
You coordinate individual customer requirements with the responsible areas of production and goods handling.
You maintain cooperation with existing sales partners and ensure professional support.
You coordinate internal and external alignments and contribute to reliable processing of ongoing business transactions.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education.
You communicate very well in German and English; additional language skills are welcome.
You convince through initiative, organisational talent and a careful working style.
You enjoy working with international customers and are characterised by a confident, communicative manner.
You are team-oriented, responsible and flexible and feel comfortable in a versatile working environment.
