Role:
A central eGovernment platform is not created by technology alone. The crucial factor is the interplay of product vision, architecture, automation, security, and the people who will later use and further develop this platform. We are looking for a personality who brings these perspectives together and accompanies the development of the platform from strategic orientation to practical implementation.
Responsibilities:
Product & Direction
You define the product vision together with relevant stakeholders and develop a clear roadmap from it.
You manage the backlog and ensure that requirements are evaluated according to added value, security, stability, and regulatory criteria.
You create transparency about priorities and bring together different professional and technical interests.
Technology & Platform
You shape the technical development of the platform and work closely on architecture, APIs, and integrations.
You drive modern approaches such as Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and automation.
You support the expansion of scalable platform services and ensure stable operation together with the technical teams.
Enablement & Standards
You develop practical standards and guidelines so that teams can use the platform efficiently and uniformly.
You establish self-service options and thereby strengthen the independence of the involved teams.
You promote a working method in which development, operations, and platform engineering work closely together.
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience in a role as Product Owner, Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Technical Product Owner.
You have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.
You are familiar with modern cloud, container, and automation technologies from practical experience.
You understand technical dependencies between APIs, integrations, deployment processes, and platform architectures.
You can classify complex technical topics at a strategic level and at the same time dive deep enough into technical details.
You bring a pronounced hands-on mentality, initiative, and solution orientation.
You communicate convincingly with business units, architecture, security, development, and operations.
You communicate fluently in German.
