Your mission
In this key role, you are the pivotal point for the realisation of complex energy projects. You transform technical concepts into operational large-scale plants, thereby securing the technological lead of our customers. Your added value lies in the seamless connection of engineering excellence and economic project management – you contribute significantly to making the energy transition in industry a reality.
Your responsibilities
Comprehensive project management: Planning and designing technically demanding heating and cooling plants from initiation to the end of the warranty period.
Control & Controlling: Full responsibility for meeting deadlines, budget requirements and quality standards (the project management magic triangle).
Technical procurement: Strategic sourcing of the required components and materials while adhering to strict quality requirements.
Interface management: Close cooperation with the sales, engineering and service departments as well as coordination of external partners.
Stakeholder management: Central contact person and advisor for international customers throughout the entire project phase.
What qualifications are required?
Foundation: Completed studies (HF/FH/University) in mechanical engineering, process engineering, energy technology or refrigeration technology.
Experience: Several years of professional experience in project management within plant engineering (ideally energy or industrial plants).
Expertise: Good knowledge of thermodynamics is a significant advantage for understanding system processes.
Soft skills: Independent, structured working style combined with a high degree of solution orientation and negotiation skills.
Languages: Business fluent German and English skills for communication in an international project environment.
Mobility: Willingness to travel within Europe (approx. 10%).
