To strengthen our Training team, we are looking for an Expert in Educational Engineering & Digital Learning between 80 and 100% to join our headquarters in Lausanne.
Within the Campus Vaudoise team, you play a key role in designing, evolving, and digitising Vaudoise’s training offer. As an internal consultant to HR, managers, and business experts, you transform performance needs into innovative, engaging, and effective learning experiences.
The missions awaiting you:
- Advise business experts in defining their educational strategies and choosing the most suitable solutions.
- Design and deploy training solutions that meet Vaudoise’s strategic and business challenges.
- Imagine and build multimodal learning pathways (face-to-face, virtual classrooms, e-learning, microlearning) and ensure their technical integration.
- Guarantee and develop the quality of existing content (e-learning modules, videos, guides, quizzes) following our internal standards.
- Maintain active monitoring of new practices, Digital Learning, and the operational integration of AI to optimise production and the learning experience.
- Measure the impact of training using performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvement actions.
Your profile:
- Higher education in training engineering, Digital Learning, or an equivalent background.
- Proven experience in educational engineering within a corporate/business environment.
- Advanced mastery of authoring tools (Articulate 360 Suite, Canva, etc.) and LMS environments (such as Cornerstone).
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into concrete and impactful educational solutions.
- Strong interest and ability to explore opportunities offered by generative AI in the educational production workflow.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a "Business Partner" attitude.
- Minimum C1 level in French; good knowledge of German and/or English is a major asset.
