Microsoft Cloud Engineer (m/f/d)

In this role, you take responsibility for central Microsoft-based cloud services. You ensure stable and secure operations, continuously develop existing platforms, and apply automation specifically where processes can be made more efficient and reliable. At the same time, you work on projects and technical concepts and act as a competent interface between IT, business units, and external partners.
Responsibilities:
Operation and further development of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID environments
Ensuring stability, security, and performance of the managed cloud and workplace services
Taking over higher-level technical support as well as analysing and resolving complex faults
Automating recurring administration and operational tasks using PowerShell and other suitable tools
Participation in cloud, workplace, and digitalisation projects from conception to technical implementation
Creation and further development of standards, technical documentation, and operational processes
Qualifications:
Higher education in computer science (HF, FH) or a comparable qualification
Several years of practical experience in system, cloud, or workplace engineering
Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure as well as experience with Entra ID and Identity & Access Management
Experience with modern cloud and workplace concepts and their operation in a professional environment
Good knowledge of PowerShell and enthusiasm for automation and standardisation
Independent, analytical, and solution-oriented personality with strong communication and teamwork skills
