Internal Sales & Export Clerk 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 91,000Our client is an internationally oriented Swiss industrial company that develops and produces high-quality technical components for demanding applications. With comprehensive engineering expertise, modern production methods, and high manufacturing competence, both standardised and customised solutions are realised. Responsibilities:
Check, record and administratively accompany orders until completion
Receive customer concerns, coordinate internally and respond in a timely manner
Prepare price quotations and follow up on outstanding offers
Organise shipping processes including required export documents
Check delivery dates and coordinate with the responsible departments
Administratively process backlogs, payment reminders and open transactions
Record complaints and returns and coordinate their processing
Update CRM and ERP data and assist with sales projects
Qualifications:
Commercial EFZ qualification or a comparable professional background
Further training in import and export is desirable
Several years of experience in order processing, internal sales or customer service
Experience with international deliveries and export processes
Good user knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
Careful and resilient working style with several parallel tasks
Customer-oriented manner and confident communication with different contacts
Fluent German and good English skills in spoken and written form
