Head of Finance & Controlling (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You support the municipal council as well as executives with your expertise in financial and economic matters
You lead the finance department and are responsible for accounting, liquidity management, and tax matters
You plan and oversee key financial processes such as budgeting, investments, multi-year planning, and annual financial statements
You develop controlling, risk management, and the internal control system further with your team
Qualifications:
You have a business administration education with a university or university of applied sciences degree
You bring several years of professional experience in a senior financial role
You are well versed in financial and operational accounting and are confident with financial statements
You have strong advisory skills
You possess fluent German language skills
