Responsibilities:
- Creating measurement procedures for tactile and optical-tactile 3D coordinate measuring machines, especially for devices from the brands Zeiss and Werth
- Performing measurements and analyses on series parts as well as on fixtures and tools, including the creation and distribution of measurement reports
- Taking responsibility for monitoring and performing the calibration of testing equipment
- Providing technical support and metrological advice to the various departments within the company
Qualifications:
- Completion of a vocational apprenticeship in a mechanical field, such as a polymechanic or a similar profession in the metalworking industry
- Several years of professional experience in tactile and optical metrology as well as skills in programming 3D measuring machines
- Careful, structured and precise working style
- High resilience and flexibility to support the timely fulfilment of customer requirements
- Willingness to work in shifts is an advantage to ensure close connection to production processes
