Windows Client Engineer (m/f/d)
Our Rocken partner specialises in IT infrastructure and IT services for companies. With a clear focus on customised solutions, they accompany customers from consulting through implementation to support – always with the goal of making IT environments secure, efficient, and future-proof.The field of activity includes server and network infrastructures, cloud solutions, virtualisation, as well as modern workplace concepts. Close collaboration with customers is central: understanding requirements, developing solutions, implementing technically. Projects are managed from A to Z – from planning to commissioning.

Responsibilities:
Development and optimisation of professional software packages for modern Windows workstations
Automation of installations, configurations, and deployment processes
Creation of PowerShell scripts for repeatable and efficient workflows
Working with MSI, MSIX, and modern application package formats
Analysis of existing installations and technical repackaging of applications
Building automated setup and deployment processes via command line and scripting
Participation in the further development of modern software distribution with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager
Support in the introduction of standardised packaging and release processes
Technical documentation and comprehensible handover of solutions
Direct exchange with departments and customers on technical issues
Gradual assumption of own task packages and increasing technical responsibility
Qualifications:
Completed IT training or comparable technical qualification
Interest in Windows technologies, software deployment, and IT automation
Initial experience with PowerShell, scripting, or system administration is an advantage
Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and software installations
Motivation to develop into a specialist for application packaging and endpoint management
Analytical thinking and enjoyment of technical challenges
Independent, reliable, and structured working style
Strong customer and service orientation
Enjoyment of teamwork and direct exchange with various contacts
