Role:
You want to not only accompany technical projects but actively shape them from planning to implementation? In this position, you combine Microsoft Cloud, Modern Workplace and classic infrastructure and work directly on the further development of various customer environments. You can expect both project work and demanding technical special cases in ongoing operations.
Responsibilities:
You take on the technical planning and implementation of cloud, infrastructure, security and workplace projects.
You are responsible for client and workplace initiatives and accompany migrations from analysis to productive implementation.
You further develop Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online and Teams at customers.
You plan and implement Intune, endpoint management and Autopilot solutions for the client lifecycle.
You migrate existing environments to modern hybrid or cloud-based architectures.
You operate and optimise Windows Server, Active Directory and hybrid infrastructures.
You implement technical solutions in the areas of network, security, backup and infrastructure.
You conduct technical current state analyses and document relevant findings and solutions clearly.
You support onboardings, operational takeovers and modernisation projects.
You take on demanding tasks in 2nd and 3rd level support.
You support customers directly on site and assist them with technical queries.
Qualifications:
You bring several years of experience as a Microsoft System Engineer.
You have very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure.
You are familiar with Windows Server, Active Directory and hybrid environments from practice.
Ideally, you have experience with Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, Autopilot and Microsoft Security.
Advantageously, you know technologies such as HPE, Aruba, Fortinet, Sophos or Veeam.
You have already implemented technical customer projects in an IT service environment.
You can analyse, document and clearly present complex IT infrastructures.
You work independently, structured and solution-oriented.
You enjoy regular customer contact and on-site assignments.
You hold a category B driving licence.
You have fluent German language skills.
