- Support of IT infrastructure solutions for SME clients, both remotely and on-site
- Assistance to customers in 1st and 2nd level support and advice on the digital workplace
- Involvement in the implementation of demanding IT projects
- Responsibility for operational operations after project completion and ensuring optimal customer support
- Engagement with the latest technologies, especially in the field of cloud computing within the Microsoft environment
Qualifications:
- Completed training in computer science or equivalent
- Ideally corresponding Microsoft certifications
- Experience in cloud computing or openness to modern technologies such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune
- Good knowledge of Microsoft client/server infrastructures, networks, and backup solutions
- Communicative team player with very good German and English skills
