You want to combine modern Microsoft technologies and support customers in further developing their IT infrastructure? In this position, you will work on cloud, workplace, and server environments and ensure stable and secure operation.
The versatile range of tasks extends from Microsoft 365 and Azure to Entra ID and endpoint management with Intune. Additionally, you will contribute your know-how to outsourcing projects and solve demanding technical challenges.
Responsibilities:
Support and optimisation of Microsoft cloud and server environments including M365, Azure, and Windows Server
Administration of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Entra ID
Configuration and further development of modern endpoint solutions with Autopilot, app deployment, conditional access, and compliance policies
Support with migrations, transitions, and technical commissioning within the scope of outsourcing projects
Handling complex support cases at 2nd and 3rd level as well as continuous improvement of technical documentation
Consulting and support of customers on technical issues as well as conducting workshops
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in the administration of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 services Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint
Good experience with Microsoft Entra ID, conditional access, and hybrid scenarios
Practical experience in endpoint management with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
Basic knowledge of Azure IaaS/PaaS, hybrid infrastructures, and PowerShell
Independent, structured, and customer-oriented working style as well as very good German and English skills
