HR Manager (FR/GER) - Long Term
About the Role
As an HR Manager, you will join a small team of two people and play a key role in the administrative management of personnel. The company operates in several cantons of Switzerland.
We offer you
- A role in a fast-growing company, with a Try&Hire format: 6 months on contract with Academic Work followed by a permanent contract within the company.
- The opportunity to practise your German daily with the new branch in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

Tasks
- Manage the administrative cycle of employee life (contracts, amendments, files).
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of absences, holidays and social insurance declarations (illness, accident, maternity).
- Actively collaborate in the monthly payroll preparation.
- Occasional travel to sites in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
We are looking for
- Good knowledge of HR management practices
- HRSE certificate
- Good French skills (spoken and written)
- Advanced knowledge of German (minimum B2)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
It is advantageous if you have
- Knowledge of Select Line software
- Mastery of Abacus software is a plus
