As part of our development, we are looking for a:
Logistics Assistant 60%
Your objective:
You ensure the operational and administrative support of logistics on a daily basis, guaranteeing smooth coordination between Sweden, clients and internal teams. You contribute to service quality, meeting deadlines and proper follow-up of files.
Your Mission:
- Complete management of the schedule, contacts with Sweden and clients (emails / phone calls)
- Organisation of transport (deliveries to depot or clients)
- Monitoring / management of various mailboxes
- Checking invoices sent by finance
- Printing delivery notes
- Management of after-sales service
- Site visits / site follow-up meetings
Profile sought :
- 3 to 5 years experience in an SME, an advantage
- Good knowledge of office software (Word, Excel) and an ERP
- Organisational skills, flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Languages: French, English minimum B2
Position available as soon as possible / Mandatory presence on Wednesdays
