Foreign Trade Specialist 100% (m/f/d)
Our client is an established Swiss company in the transport and logistics sector with a national and international focus. With many years of experience, modern structures, and a versatile service portfolio, the company offers reliable solutions for customers from a wide range of industries. Quality, flexibility, and customer proximity are at the heart of everything.
Responsibilities:
You handle international export and transport orders.
You support international customers and partners by phone and in writing.
Calculate transport costs and check invoices.
Check customs and shipping documents for completeness.
Continuously monitor delivery dates and shipment status.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, agents, and other partners.
Maintain order data and relevant documents in the system.
Take on administrative tasks in the international day-to-day business.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial apprenticeship, ideally in an international environment.
Professional experience in export, foreign trade, or freight forwarding is required.
You have good knowledge of international order processing.
Experience with customs and transport documents is an advantage.
You use MS Office confidently and routinely.
You work independently, in a structured manner, and customer-oriented.
Very good German and good English skills are required.
Additional foreign languages are welcome.
