Windows System Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Technical implementation of installations, updates and rollouts in complex infrastructures
Integration of web/API components, interfaces, authentication and storage including troubleshooting
Support with technical escalations and systematic root cause analysis
Technical coordination with external hosting and service partners
Further development of best practices, deployment methods and automation
Building and maintaining a knowledge base (how-tos, known issues, checklists)
Close collaboration with development, data/integration specialists
Qualifications:
Completed education in computer science (EFZ/HF/FH or equivalent)
Very good knowledge of Windows Server, IIS and Microsoft SQL Server
Experience with web/REST APIs, PowerShell scripting and technical analysis
Solid understanding of network and security basics (DNS, TLS, firewall, certificates)
Advantageous: experience with CI/CD environments as well as DMS/third-party integrations
Analytical, structured working method with clear root cause analysis
Clear communication, teamwork and pragmatic, comprehensible documentation
