Salary - CHF78,000 - 92,000Our Rocken partner is an established company in the industrial sector, supplying its customers nationally and internationally with high-quality products and services. Responsibilities:
You independently handle customer orders from quotation to invoicing.
You prepare and send material certificates, shipping, and export documents.
You record transport orders and keep an eye on delivery dates.
You respond to customer enquiries by phone and in writing.
You communicate with customers, suppliers, and sales partners.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education.
Ideally, you have 2 years of experience in international order processing (export).
You have a confident command of German and good English and/or French skills; additional languages are an advantage.
You work in a structured, careful, and independent manner even in hectic times.
You enjoy dealing with customers.
